A great glass for all ages and abilities, this class is a low intensity and low impact conditioning class.

45 minutes of abdominal conditioning exercises.

Legs & bums is aimed at all abilities using weights and bodyweight.

A class that combines the benefits of weights with high repetitions and high intensity.
